摘 要:目的:探究颅脑损伤患者事件相关电位与认知障碍的关系。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月我院收治的64例颅脑损伤认知障碍患者为观察组,选取同期无认知障碍的64例颅脑损伤患者为对照组。比较两组的事件相关电位(P300及N200潜伏期及波幅)及观察组中不同认知障碍程度者的事件相关电位指标,采用Spearman秩相关分析上述事件相关电位指标与颅脑损伤患者认知障碍程度的关系。结果:观察组的P300及N200潜伏期显著长于对照组,P300及N200波幅显著低于对照组;观察组中认知障碍较重者的P300及N200潜伏期显著长于认知障碍较轻者;P300及N200波幅显著低于认知障碍较轻者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,P300及N200潜伏期与颅脑损伤认知障碍呈正相关,P300及N200波幅与颅脑损伤认知障碍呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:颅脑损伤认知障碍患者的事件相关电位显著异常,且与认知障碍程度密切相关,因此在颅脑损伤患者中的检测价值较高。Objective:To investigate the relationship between event related potentials and cognitive impairment of patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods:64 patients with craniocerebral injury combined with cognitive impairment from January 2019 to December 2020 in our hospital were chosen as the observation group,64 patients with craniocerebral injury and without cognitive impairment at the same time were chosen as the control group.Then the event related potentials(latency and amplitude of P300 and N200)of two groups were compared,and those detection indexes of observation group with different severity degree of cognitive impairment were compared,then the relationship between those event related potentials indexes and degree of cognitive impairment of patients with craniocerebral injury were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Results:The latency of P300 and N200 of observation group were significantly longer than those of control group,and the amplitude of P300 and N200 were significantly lower than those of control group,the latency of P300 and N200 of observation group with more severe cognitive impairment were significantly longer than those of patients with milder cognitive impairment,the amplitude of P300 and N200 were significantly lower than those of patients with milder cognitive impairment,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The Spearman rank correlation analysis showed the latency of P300 and N200 were positively correlated with degree of cognitive impairment,the amplitude of P300 and N200 were negatively correlated with degree of cognitive impairment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The event related potentials of patients with craniocerebral injury combined with cognitive impairment are significantly abnormal,and they have close relationship with the degree of cognitive impairment,so the detection value in the patients with craniocerebral injury are higher.
