摘 要:磁保持航天电磁继电器具有灵敏度高、发热小、功耗低、体积小等优点,广泛应用于运载火箭、卫星和空间站等航天装备,其性能与质量一致性直接影响航天装备的研发与服役进程,因此性能提升与质量一致性优化引起了广泛的关注。磁保持航天电磁继电器性能参数的计算精度和多性能互相制约下的寻优迭代效率,是影响磁保持航天电磁继电器优化效果的重要因素。该文针对最为典型、复杂的双磁钢差动式产品性能特征存在过零点、计算精度低、寻优收敛性差且效率低等特点,提出一种可适用于各类磁保持航天电磁继电器建模与迭代寻优的设计方法,即基于斯通纳-沃尔法斯模型和Preisach模型得到的非线性永磁体局部磁滞曲线,进而建立继电器虚拟样机模型,实现该继电器性能参数的准确计算。基于虚拟样机模型,使用模糊混沌展开得到代理模型的基函数,使用径向基函数方法修正实测结果与基函数计算结果之间的误差,建立性能特征代理模型,实现该磁保持航天电磁继电器性能参数的精确高效计算。在此基础上,揭示磁保持航天电磁继电器设计参数与性能特征之间的作用规律,改进差分进化算法,形成自适应最优种群迭代策略,提升寻优效率和寻优稳健性。以双磁钢差动式磁保持航天电磁继电器为例,验证所提方法的有效性。Magnetic latching aerospace electromagnetic relay (MLAER) has high sensitivity,low heat generation,low power consumption,and small size,used in various aerospace equipment such as vehicles,spacecraft,and satellites.The calculation accuracy of MLAER performance parameters and the iterative search efficiency of the optimal combination of consistency under the constraints of multiple performance objectives are the important factors affecting the optimization of MLAER.This paper proposes a design method for modeling and iterative optimization of MLAER combined with the Stoner-Wahlfarth method and the Preisach method,based on a non-linear permanent magnet local hysteresis model.An approximate model basis function is obtained based on fuzzy chaotic expansion.The parameters of the measured prototype are determined using the fastest curvature descent,and the error between the measured and calculated values is corrected using the kriging method to achieve accurate and efficient calculation of the performance parameters of the relay.The law between the magnetic retention relay design parameter and the shape factor of the suction curve is revealed,and the differential evolution algorithm is improved to form an adaptive optimal population iteration strategy.It improves the optimization efficiency and robustness of the differential evolution algorithm in solving the magnetic retention relay optimization problem.The following results have been achieved.(1) The magnetically maintained aerospace relay with nonlinear anisotropic permanent magnets has strong nonlinearity and the local hysteresis effect of magnetization and demagnetization.Therefore,this paper proposes a virtual prototype modeling method that can be applied to all types of relays.The S-W method is used to calculate the vectorization of the magnetic dipole after magnetization and demagnetization of nonlinear anisotropic permanent magnets.Accordingly,the virtual prototype model of the relay’s static and dynamic performance characteristics is established.The electro
