基于共词网络的论文研究领域交叉演化分析

摘　　要：为探究管理学领域的领域交叉演化规律,以中文管理类核心期刊中的论文摘要数据为研究对象,通过聚类分析划分了研究领域并进行了合理化解释,同时,以共词网络为基础,从单一研究领域和跨领域研究两方面探索了研究领域的演化规律。结果显示,人力资源管理、经济学、决策理论与方法以及生产与质量管理等领域会在较长时间出现在工商管理的研究过程中,企业技术管理与创新管理将会逐渐在工商管理的研究中得到广泛运用。In order to explore the evolution law of the intersection of management field,this paper takes the data of Chinese management core journals’ abstracts as the research objects,divides the research fields through cluster analysis and carries out a rationalization explanation,and based on the co-word network,explores the evolution law of the research field from the aspects of single research field and cross-research field. The results show that human resource management,economics,decision-making theory and method,and production and quality management and other fields will appear in the process of business administration research for a long time,and enterprise’s technology management and innovation management will gradually be widely used in the research of business administration.
