摘 要:对消防设施选址进行研究,综合考虑了风险度、效率、经济成本等影响因素,建立了多目标规划模型。通过建立了风险评估指标体系,运用层次分析法进行加权处理,集值统计法确定不同指标的风险等级。应用遗传算法精英保留策略得到选址结果。以北京市海淀区为例,对模型进行验证。将覆盖突发事件风险值作为评价标准,结果表明:多目标规划选址模型的选址结果显著优于海淀区消防站现状、最大覆盖模型、P-中位模型和P-中心模型。The siting of fire protection facilities was studied,and a multi-objective planning model was established by considering the influencing factors such as risk degree,efficiency,and economic cost.By establishing a risk assessment index system,the hierarchical analysis method was used for weighting,and the set-value statistical method was used to determine the risk level of different indicators.Genetic algorithm elite retention strategy was applied to obtain the site selection results.The model is validated by taking Beijing Haidian District as an example.The risk value of covering emergencies is used as the evaluation criterion,and the results show that the site selection results of the multi-objective planning site selection model are significantly better than the current situation of fire stations in Haidian District,the maximum coverage model,the P-median model and the P-center model.
