摘 要:为综合评估常规开胸法和快速手术法这两种大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型(MIRI)的建模方法,将20只SD大鼠随机分为快速操作组和常规开胸手术组,每组10只,通过观察手术时间、存活率、心电图ST段抬高率、TTC染色等指标进行综合评估,发现两种方法下的心电图ST段抬高率、TTC染色、HE染色等指标无显著差异,但快速操作组手术时间和造模存活率显著高于常规开胸组,说明快速操作造模法可作为后续实验的建模方法。In order to comprehensively evaluate two common methods of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI) modeling in rats, such as routine thoracotomy and rapid operation, the study randomly divides 20 SD rats into rapid operation and normal thoracotomy, with 10 rats in each group. The operation time, survival rate, ECG ST segment elevation and TTC staining are observed as indicators to evaluate comprehensively. It is found that there is no statistically significant difference in ECG ST segment elevation, TTC staining, and HE staining. But the operation time and survival rate of modeling in the rapid operation group are significantly higher than those in the normal group. The rapid operation method can be used as a follow-up experimental modeling method.
