摘　　要：目的 调查我国体外膜氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)患者院际转运中不安全事件发生现状。方法 采用系统文献检索法,检索中国知网、万方医学网、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、OVID、Web of Science等中英文数据库,检索内容为国内ECMO院际转运案例报道及临床研究,总结分析不安全事件发生情况。结果 检索获得现有相关国内ECMO院际转运研究70篇,转运892例ECMO患者,转运成功率99.89%,发生不安全事件172次,发生率19.28%,不安全事件主要与患者(88次)、设备(42次)和转运人员(25次)相关。结论 我国ECMO患者院际转运通过构建ECMO院际转运团队,优化转运流程,使用转运核查清单,普及ECMO相关知识,能够有效降低ECMO患者院际转运不安全事件发生率。Objective To investigate the occurrence of unsafe events in inter-hospital transport of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO) patients in China. Methods We searched the case report and clinical study of inter-hospital transports ECMO patients in China on the English and Chinese database such as CNKI, Wanfang database, CBM, PubMed, OVID, Web of Science, the occurrence of unsafe events in inter-hospital transport of ECMO patients in China were summarized and analyzed.Results There were 70 related domestic ECMO inter-hospital transport studies. A total of 892 ECMO patients were transported,with a success rate of 99.89%, and a total of 172(19.28%) unsafe events occurred. The unsafe events were mainly related to patients(88 times), equipment(42 times) and transporters(25 times). Conclusion By constructing the ECMO inter-hospital transport team, optimizing the transport process, using the transport check list, and popularizing the knowledge about ECMO, the incidence of unsafe events in inter-hospital transport of ECMO patients can be effectively reduced.
