摘  要:目的 分析山东省聊城市市售韭菜、芹菜、洋葱中农药残留水平,并进行膳食暴露风险评估。方法 2021年11月采集山东省聊城市市售韭菜、芹菜、洋葱269份,按照国家标准GB 23200.113-2018,用气相色谱质谱联用法检测30种农药残留情况,结合居民人均蔬菜摄入量进行农药残留膳食暴露风险评估。结果 269份样本中检出10种农药,超标的农药有6种。韭菜中农药的检出率、超标率分别为49.25%、19.40%;芹菜中农药的检出率、超标率分别为23.86%、10.23%;洋葱中农药的检出率、超标率分别为2.63%、0.88%。拟除虫菊酯类农药的检出率最高为18.22%,高唐市售蔬菜农药的检出率最高为27.45%,东阿市售蔬菜超标率最高为12.50%,10种农药的摄入量均小于每日允许摄入量。结论 聊城市市售的三种蔬菜中检测到的多为低毒的拟除虫菊酯类农药和杀菌剂,但少量样品仍能检测到禁用的有机磷农药;三种蔬菜中农药残留的暴露风险较小,可正常食用。Objective To analyze the levels of pesticide residues in leek, celery and onion sold in markets of Liaocheng city, and to evaluate the chronic dietary exposure of pesticide residues in residents. Methods In November 2021,269 samples of leeks, celery and onions commercially available in Liaocheng city, Shandong province were collected, and 30 pesticide residues were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in accordance with the national standard GB 23200.113-2018,and the chronic dietary exposure risk assessment of pesticide residues was conducted by combining the per capita vegetable intake of the residents. Results Ten pesticides were detected, and 6 of them had excessive levels of pesticides.The detection rate and exceeding rate of pesticides in leek were 49.25% and 19.40%;the detection rate and exceeding rate of pesticides in celery were 23.86% and 10.23%;the detection rate and exceeding rate of pesticides in onion were 2.63% and 0.88%.The detection rate of pyrethroid pesticides was the highest(18.22%),the highest detection rate of pesticides in vegetables sold in Gaotang city was 27.45%,and the highest rate of excess vegetables sold in Dong’a city was 12.50%.Through chronic dietary exposure assessment, the intake of pesticides tested was less than ADI. Conclusion The low-toxicity pyrethroid pesticides and fungicides are mostly detected in the 3 vegetables sold in Liaocheng city, but the banned organophosphorus pesticides can still be detected in a small amount of samples.The pesticide residues in the 3 vegetables have low exposure risk and can be eaten normally.
