摘 要:采用正交试验设计方法,研究了热压温度(170、180和190℃)、加压时间(24、28和32 s)、单位压力(1.5、1.7和1.9 MPa)和钢板纹理(浅纹理、较深纹理和深纹理)对浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板表面性能(表面耐磨、表面耐划痕、表面耐污染)的影响。研究结果表明,热压温度、加压时间、单位压力和钢板纹理都对饰面刨花板表面耐划痕性能和表面耐污染性能有显著影响;单位压力对表面耐磨性能影响不显著;本试验优选的工艺是热压温度170℃、加压时间32 s,单位压力1.7 MPa。The effects of hot pressing temperature(170 ℃, 180 ℃ and 190 ℃), pressing time(24 s, 28 s and 32 s), pressure(1.5 MPa, 1.7 MPa and 1.9 MPa) and steel plate texture(light texture, deep texture and deep texture) on the surface performances of particlboard decorated with melamine resin impregnated paper, including surface wear resistance, surface scratch resistance and surface pollution resistance, were studied by orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that hot pressing temperature,pressing time, unit pressure and steel plate texture had significant effects on the scratch resistance and surface pollution resistance of the particleboard decorated with melamine resin impregnated paper. The unit pressure had no significant effect on surface wear resistance. The optimal process for this test was hot pressing temperature 170 ℃, pressurizing time 32 s, and unit pressure 1.7 MPa.
