摘  要:在豆粕价格居高不下的当下,开发新型蛋白质饲料是降低饲料成本的重要途径。水飞蓟粕是水飞蓟提取水飞蓟素或榨油后的副产物,具有丰富的营养物质,是一种潜力巨大的区域性蛋白质饲料。水飞蓟粕可以直接饲喂家畜,但适口性较差、蛋白质含量较低、粗纤维含量较高,还需进一步开发。文章综述了水飞蓟粕、发酵水飞蓟粕在生产上的应用及其综合性能的开发现状,旨在为我国畜牧业豆粕减量替代和新型蛋白质饲料资源开发提供新的思路。The development of new protein feed is an important means to reduce the cost of feed in the current era when the price of soybean meal is high.Milk thistle meal is a by-product of milk thistle extract silymarin or oil.It has rich nutrients and is a regional protein feed with great potential.Milk thistle meal can be fed directly to domestic animals,but it needs further development because of its poor palatability,low protein content and high crude fiber content.In this paper,the application of milk thistle meal and fermented milk thistle meal in production and the development of their comprehensive properties were reviewed,in order to provide new ideas for the reduction and replacement of soybean meal and the development of new protein feed resources in animal husbandry in China.
