摘　　要：立足重庆汽车产业现状,结合当前企业人才需求及该校职业教育发展现状,以校企合作企业重庆东风小康人才培养方式改革为契机,根据企业实际需求及我校汽车制造专业实际状况,通过校企“双主体”协同育人,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接,解决学校专业人才培养与社会需求脱节等痛点,真正实现校企命运共同体互利共赢。Based on the current situation of Chongqing automobile industry,Combined with the current demand for enterprise talents and the development status of vocational education in our school,Taking the reform of talent training mode of Chongqing Dongfeng Well-off enterprise as an opportunity,According to the actual needs of enterprises and the actual situation of automobile manufacturing major in our university,Through the school-enterprise"dual subject"collaborative education,We will promote the integration of the education and talent chains with industrial chains and innovation chains.To solve the pain points such as the disconnect between the training of professional talents and social needs,Truly realize the common mutual benefit and win-win situation of the fate of the university and enterprise.
