摘　　要：在使用过程中,由于光照、温度、湿度等气候因素的影响,聚丙烯材料的汽车保险杠发生老化现象。为分析聚丙烯汽车保险杠材料老化的工作过程。该文通过人工试验,提升保险杠的老化进程及速度。并展开老化前后,聚丙烯材料的外观、物理性能等方面产生的变化研究。通过对聚丙烯的耐候性进行研究表明,聚丙烯材料在老化后,材料的韧性较老化前削弱了。Polypropylene bumper in the service process,due to lighting,temperature,humidity and other climate factors will occur aging phenomenon.In order to study the aging mechanism of polypropylene automobile bumper material,this paper chooses the artificial accelerated aging method to aging the bumper,the weatherability of the material was analyzed by comparing the changes of appearance and mechanical properties before and after aging.The results show that the toughness of polypropylene automobile bumper becomes worseafteraging.
