摘 要:目的 研究乳腺癌组织转移相关蛋白(MTA)-3表达与腋窝淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法 采用回顾性分析方法,以2019年1月至2022年1月入廊坊市人民医院的120例乳腺癌患者为观察对象,将其设为研究组;同时,以同期入院的120例乳腺良性肿瘤患者为观察对象,设为对照组。测定两组患者乳腺组织内MTA-3水平,并比较两组患者MTA-3阳性表达率,分析乳腺癌临床病理特征与MTA-3之间的关系。参考研究组患者是否存在腋窝淋巴结转移划分为非转移组(n=66)与转移组(n=54),分析乳腺癌临床病理特征与腋窝淋巴结转移之间的关系,并分析腋窝淋巴结转移数目、上皮细胞钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、细胞增殖指数(Ki-67)与MTA-3的相关性。结果 研究组乳腺组织内MTA-3阳性表达率为35.00%,低于对照组(88.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分子分型、腋窝淋巴结转移状态、肿瘤大小、临床分期、组织学分级与MTA-3阳性表达密切相关(P<0.05),年龄、月经状态与MTA-3阳性表达无显著相关性(P>0.05)。转移组与非转移组的分子分型、临床分期、组织学分级比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);转移组与非转移组的年龄、月经状态、肿瘤大小比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。E-cadherin与MTA-3阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.238,P<0.05),腋窝淋巴结转移数目、Ki-67阳性与MTA-3阳性表达呈负相关(r=-0.194,-0.351,P<0.05)。结论 乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织内MTA-3阳性表达明显下降,与腋窝淋巴结转移有着密切联系,且于乳腺癌发生、转移中起着重要作用,其机制可能与MTA-3提高E-cadherin表达与下调Ki-67表达有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of tissue metastasis-associated protein(MTA)-3 and axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 120 breast cancer patients admitted to Langfang People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022, who were enrolled as the study group. At the same time, 120 patients with benign breast tumor who were hospitalized at the same time were selected as the control group. The level of MTA-3 in breast tissues of the two groups was determined, and the positive expression rate of MTA-3 was compared between the two groups, and the relationship between the pathological features of breast cancer and MTA-3 was analyzed. The reference study group with axillary lymph node metastasis was divided into non-metastatic group(n=66) and metastatic group(n=54) to analyze the relationship between the pathological features of breast cancer and axillary lymph node metastasis. The correlation between the number of axillary lymph node metastases, epithelial cadherin(E-cadherin), cell proliferation index(KI-67) and MTA-3 was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of MTA-3 in breast tissues of the study group was 35.00%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(88.33%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Molecular type, axillary lymph node metastasis status, tumor size, clinical stage and histological grade were closely correlated with mTA-3 positive expression(P<0.05), while age, menstrual status had no significant correlation with MTA-3 positive expression(P>0.05). There were significant differences in molecular classification, clinical stage and histological grade between metastatic group and non-metastatic group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in age, menstrual status and tumor size between metastatic group and non-metastatic group(P>0.05).
