摘　　要：支气管平滑肌瘤是一种罕见的良性肿瘤。本文报道了一例支气管内平滑肌瘤,经纤维支气管镜下电圈套器及冷冻切除治疗,成功摘除。相比传统手术,支气管介入治疗创伤性小,是支气管平滑肌瘤治疗的新选择。Bronchial leiomyoma was a rare benign tumor. This article reports a case of bronchial leiomyoma,which was successfully removed through fiber optic bronchoscopy with electrical snare and cryo-extraction. Compared with traditional surgery, bronchial interventional therapy has less trauma, which is a new choice for the treatment of bronchial leiomyoma.
