摘  要:糖基化是一种常见且重要的蛋白翻译后修饰,涉及数百种糖基转移酶和糖水解酶,发生在内质网和高尔基体的特定位置,从而影响生物学过程。在蛋白质折叠、靶向转运、细胞定位、细胞间信号传递、细胞迁移、增殖及分化中具有重要作用,参与多种疾病的发生发展。本文就近年来蛋白质糖基化在肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病及炎症性疾病作用中的研究进展予以综述。Glycosylation is a common and important post-translational modification of proteins, involving hundreds of glycosyltransferases and glycohydrolases, which occurs at specific locations in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus to affect biological processes. It plays an important role in protein folding, targeted transport, cell localization, intercellular signaling, cell migration, proliferation and differentiation, and is involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases. This paper reviews the research progress of protein glycosylation in cancer, autoimmune diseases and inflammatory diseases in recent years.
