摘　　要：目的构建脑膜瘤切除术预防性抗菌药物评价细则,量化评价该类手术预防性抗菌药物使用合理性。方法依据指南及文献建立脑膜瘤切除术预防性抗菌药物评价细则,采用AHP-TOPSIS法对盐城市第一人民医院2020年1月至2021年12月收治入院的行脑膜瘤切除术的患者预防性抗菌药物使用病例的合理性进行量化评价。结果评价细则分为11个二级评价指标,其中权重较高的是药品选择、用法用量及术前用药时机(0.266、0.146、0.185)。点评的82份病例中,合理37例(45.12%),基本合理16例(19.51%),不合理29例(35.37%)。结论采用AHP-TOPSIS法对脑膜瘤切除术预防性抗菌药物进行点评,可使点评方式更加层次化、系统化,并且可操作性更强,可以在外科手术患者药物点评中广泛使用。Objective To establish the detailed rules for the evaluation of prophylactic antibiotics in meningioma resection and quantitatively evaluate the rationality of the use of prophylactic antibiotics in this kind of surgery.Methods According to the guidelines and literatures,the detailed rules for the evaluation of prophylactic antibacterial drugs for meningioma resection were established,and the rationality of prophylactic antibacterial drug use in patients undergoing meningioma resection,who were admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Yancheng from January 2020 to December 2021,was quantitatively evaluated.Results There were a total of 11 secondary evaluation indicators,of which the drug selection,usage and preoperative medication timing accounted for the higher weight(0.266,0.146 and 0.185).Of the 82 cases reviewed,37(45.12%)were reasonable,16(19.51%)were basically reasonable,and 29(35.37%)were unreasonable.Conclusion Using AHP-TOPSIS to evaluate the use of prophylactic antibiotics in meningioma resection can make the method more hierarchical,systematic and operable,which can be widely used in the drug evaluation of surgical patients.
