摘　　要：近年来全球范围内甲状腺癌发病率大幅增加,成为十大恶性肿瘤之一,针对甲状腺癌的相关诊疗规范相继制定。外科手术是治疗甲状腺癌的重要手段,规范化的外科治疗可有效改善患者的预后和生活质量,而不规范的手术则会增加复发风险和并发症,降低生存率,给患者带来严重的生理、心理和经济负担。2022年初,国内首部涵盖所有病理类型的甲状腺癌诊治指南《中国肿瘤整合诊治指南—CACA甲状腺癌诊治指南》正式发布。与其他指南相比,该指南的推荐意见更加贴合中国国情,注重整合多学科诊疗资源,在保证治疗效果的同时,最大限度地降低并发症风险和减少治疗的潜在问题。The incidence of thyroid cancer has increased significantly worldwide in recent years,and it has become one of the top ten malignant tumors.The relevant guidelines for thyroid cancer have been formulated one after another.Surgery is an important method for the treatment of thyroid cancer.Standardized surgery can effectively improve the prognosis and quality of life,while inappropriate treatment will increase the risk of recurrence and reduce the survival rate.In 2022,the first domestic guideline for thyroid cancer covering all pathological types,“CACA Guidelines for Holistic Integrative Management of Thyroid Cancer”was officially released.Compared with the previous guidelines,the recommendations of the CACA guidelines are more in line with China’s national conditions,focusing on the integration of multidisciplinary resources,and minimizing the risk of complications while ensuring the treatment effect.
