摘　　要：茶树是中国重要的经济作物,优质新品种培育推广是发展高效茶产业的重要技术手段。多倍体植物具有高产、质优、抗逆性好等特点,茶叶科研工作者也希望从多倍体育种途径获得优质茶树新品种。多倍体育种还可以克服远缘杂交不亲和等问题,有较好的应用前景。本研究通过查阅研究文献资料,对茶树多倍体的获得方法、鉴定方法、优良性状,以及多倍体育种面临的问题等进行分析,以期为开展茶树多倍体育种研究工作提供参考。Tea tree is an important economic crop in China,and the cultivation and promotion of high-quality new varieties is an important technical means to develop an efficient tea industry.Polyploid plants have the characteristics of high yield,high quality,and good stress resistance.Tea scientific research workers also hope to obtain high-quality new varieties of tea trees from the polyploid plant.Polyploidy breeding can also overcome the problems of incompatibility of distant hybridization,and has a good application prospect.By consulting the research literature,the methods of obtaining tea polyploidy,identification methods,excellent traits,and the problems faced by the polyploidy breeding in this paper,in order to provide references for the research work on the polyploidy breeding.
