摘  要:为探究添加有机质和施用微生物菌剂对连作苦荞的影响,本研究采用盆栽试验,以‘川荞2号’和连种三季苦荞的土壤为试验材料,设置添加有机质(T1)、施用微生物菌剂(T2)和对照(CK)3个处理,分别测定3种处理下苦荞的农艺性状及土壤酶活性。结果表明:与对照相比,两种处理均能促进连作苦荞的生长,其中添加有机质处理的效果更好;测定的4种土壤酶活性中,碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶和脲酶均呈增加趋势,而过氧化氢酶活性呈下降趋势。与对照相比,两种处理下的碱性磷酸酶和蔗糖酶活性均显著提高,过氧化氢酶活性显著降低,且添加有机质的增加和降低程度更高;而对脲酶活性的影响,只有施用微生物菌剂的处理存在显著差异,虽然添加有机质处理下的脲酶活性也高于对照,但未存在显著差异。就苦荞暂时的整体长势而言,添加有机质的效果比施用微生物菌剂更好,且两者之间存在显著差异;对于土壤酶活性,除碱性磷酸酶活性外,其他3种酶在两种处理下的差异均达到显著水平。说明两种处理对连作苦荞均有促进作用,本研究结果为减缓苦荞连作障碍提供了科学依据。In order to explore the effects of adding organic matter and application of microbial inoculants on continuous cropping of tartary buckwheat,this study adopted pot experiment,using’Chuanqiao2’and the soil of continuous three-season tartary buckwheat as experimental materials,adding organic matter(T1)and applying microbial inoculants(T2)and control(CK)three treatments,the agronomic traits of tartary buckwheat and soil enzyme activity under the three conditions were measured.The results showed that:Compared with the control,the two treatments can promote the growth of continuous cropping tartary buckwheat,and the adding organic matter treatment has a better effect.Among the four soil enzyme activities measured,the increase trend of alkaline phosphate enzyme,sucrase and urease all showed the same increasing trend,while the catalase activity showed a decreasing trend.Compared with the control,the alkaline phosphatase and sucrase activities under the two treatments were significantly increased,and the catalase activity was significantly reduced,and the degree of increase or decrease in adding organic matter treatment is higher.On the effect of urease activity,only the treatment with microbial agents is significantly different,although the urease activity under adding organic matter conditions was also higher than that of the control,it did not reach a significant level.In terms of the temporary overall growth of tartary buckwheat,the effect of adding organic matter was better than the application of microbial agents,and there is a significant difference between the two.In addition,for soil enzyme activity,except for alkaline phosphatase activity,the differences of the other three enzymes reach a significant level under the two treatments.It shows that the two treatments can promote the continuous cropping of tartary buckwheat and the results of the study provide a scientific basis for reducing the obstacles of tartary buckwheat.
