吲哚菁绿荧光检测在子宫内膜癌前哨淋巴结定位中的作用及对其检查准确率分析

摘　　要：目的评定吲哚菁绿荧光检测用于子宫内膜癌前哨淋巴结(SLN)定位中的作用及检查准确性。方法选取60例子宫内膜癌患者作为研究对象,根据单双号随机化法分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组以亚甲蓝进行SLN的定位,试验组以亚甲蓝配合吲哚菁绿荧光检测进行SLN的定位。评定两组患者的手术情况、病理检查结果、诊断准确情况及SLN定位情况的差异。结果两组手术情况、病理检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组对子宫内膜癌SLN诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组SLN定位准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在子宫内膜癌SLN的定位中施以吲哚菁绿荧光检测,能较好地检出疾病,提高诊断的准确率,意义重大。Objective To evaluate the role and accuracy of indocyanine green fluorescence detection in sentinel lymph node(SLN)localization in endometrial cancer.Methods 60 patients with endometrial cancer were selected as research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to odd-even randomization method,with 30 cases in each group.Methylene blue was used for SLN localization in the control group,and methylene blue combined with indocyanine green fluorescence detection was used in the experimental group for SLN localization.Differences in surgical conditions,pathological examination results,diagnostic accuracy and SLN localization were evaluated between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in surgical conditions and pathological examination results between the two groups(P>0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of SLN diagnosis in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SLN localization accuracy of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Indocyanine green fluorescence detection in the localization of SLN in endometrial cancer can better detect the disease and improve the accuracy of diagnosis,which is of great significance.
