数字化对商业模式创新的影响:基于企业生命周期视角

摘　　要：基于2013—2020年A股制造业上市公司非平衡面板数据,在理论分析和实证检验制造业企业数字化对商业模式创新的影响的基础上,深入挖掘不同生命周期阶段企业数字化对商业模式创新的驱动机制差异以及情境调节因素。研究结果显示:第一,制造业企业数字化能够显著促进商业模式创新;第二,制造业企业数字化对商业模式创新的影响因所处生命周期阶段的不同而存在异质性作用;第三,战略激进度在企业数字化与新颖型商业模式创新中起到负向调节作用,对效率型商业模式创新的影响却并不显著。基于此,提出管理者应当审慎判断企业所处生命周期,科学制定战略规划,以牢牢把握数字化机遇推动企业商业模式创新。Based on the unbalanced panel data of A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2013 to 2020,based on the theoretical analysis and empirical test of the impact of manufacturing enterprise digitization on business model innovation, this paper deeply excavates the driving mechanism differences and situational adjustment factors of enterprise digitization on business model innovation in different life cycle stages. The results show as follows:First, the digitization of manufacturing enterprises can significantly promote business model innovation;Second, the impact of digitalization of manufacturing enterprises on business model innovation is heterogeneous due to different life cycle stages;Third, the progress of strategic stimulation plays a negative regulatory role in enterprise digitization and innovative business model innovation, but the impact on efficient business model innovation is not significant.Based on this, it is proposed that managers should carefully judge the life cycle of the enterprise, scientifically formulate strategic planning, and firmly grasp the digital opportunities to promote enterprise business model innovation.
