摘 要:制冷设备的管道在受到压缩机激励时普遍会产生强烈的振动,不仅容易将振动传递至设备表面而产生噪声,而且增加了管道断裂的风险。目前普遍的解决方法是更改管道结构,避免共振的发生,但此方法耗费资源多,整改周期长。针对制冷设备出现的管道振动过大的问题,建立了一种安装在管道上的调频动力减振器的有限元模型,并利用仿真方法研究其减振效果。结果表明:设计的动力减振器能够在目标减振频率处对管道进行有效减振,为解决类似管道振动问题提供工程指导。The pipe of refrigeration equipment would vibrate strongly under excitation from compressor. Not only does the pipe transmit vibration to surfaces of the equipment but also it increases the risk of pipe fracture. At present,changing structure of the pipe to avoid the resonance is the common solution. However, this method leads to costing a lot of resources and a long rectification period. Aimed at this problem, a kind of finite element model of dynamic vibration absorber which installed on pipe was designed, and the ability of the designed dynamic vibration absorber was validated through numerical simulation. The results show that the designed dynamic vibration absorber could absorb the vibration of pipe at the target frequency, and it provides the engineering guidance for solving the similar problems.
