摘 要:新文创产业已经成为数字经济的重要支柱与新经济发展的强力引擎,文化创意人才的胜任力研究逐渐受到重视。然而,在中文专业文化创意人才培养上,存在着与社会需求脱节、重讲授轻实践、评价机制僵化等问题,制约了文化创意人才培养的效果发挥。为更好地提升人才培养质量,基于OBE理念发展人才胜任力,针对专业核心素养分析文化创意人才胜任力提升的培养目标,应致力于三个方面的突破:构建以语言文学为基、双驱双育的人才培养模式;打造跨学科三方互通联动的实践教学模式;形成“岗课赛训”的考核评价机制。The new cultural and creative industry has become an important pillar of the digital economy and a powerful engine for the development of the new economy, and the research on the competence of cultural and creative talent has increasingly attention. However, in the cultivation of cultural and creative talents in Chinese majors, there are problems such as being out of touch with social needs, emphasizing teaching rather than practice, and rigid evaluation mechanism, which restricts the effectiveness of cultural and creative talent cultivation. In order to better improve the quality of personnel training, develop talent competency based on the OBE concept, analyze the training goals for the improvement of cultural and creative talent competency based on professional core literacy, and commit to three breakthroughs, namely building a talent training mode based on language and literature, dual-drive and dual education;to create a practical teaching mode of interdisciplinary and tripartite interaction and linkage;to form an assessment and evaluation mechanism of "setting up courses combined with professional positions and professional qualification certificate".
