摘 要:目的 探讨脑涨落图仪检测老年抑郁症患者经颅磁疗后神经递质功率的变化特点。方法 选取2021年3月至2022年5月石家庄市第八医院收治的100例老年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用单纯药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用经颅磁治疗,2组均行脑涨落图仪检测,比较分析2组抑郁程度[采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评估]、认知功能[采用重复性成套神经心理状态测验(RBANS)评估]、神经递质功率[乙酰胆碱(Ach)、多巴胺(DA)、γ氨基丁酸(GABA)、谷氨酸(Glu)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)]。结果 治疗2、3、4周后,观察组HAMD-17评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组注意、言语、视觉广度、即刻记忆、延时记忆评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组Ach、DA、GABA、NE水平高于对照组,Glu水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 经颅磁疗可有效调节老年抑郁症患者神经递质,提高认知功能,进而改善抑郁状态。Objective To explore the changes characteristics of neurotransmitter power in elderly patients with depression after transcranial magnetic therapy detected by encephalofluctuograph(EFG).Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with depression were enrolled as the research objects between March, 2021 and May, 2022.According to random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with monotherapy, while observation group was additionally treated with transcranial magnetic therapy.Both groups were tested by EFG.The depression level[Hamilton Depression Scale 17(HAMD-17)],cognitive function[repeatable battery for the assessment of neuropsychological status(RBANS)],and neurotransmitters power[acetylcholine(Ach),dopamine(DA),γ aminobutyric acid(GABA),glutamic acid(Glu),norepinephrine(NE)]in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, HAMD-17 scores in observation group were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment, attention, verbal, visual breadth, immediate memory, and delayed memory scores were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),Ach, DA, GABA and NE were higher than those in control group, Glu were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions EFG can can effectively regulate neurotransmitters in elderly patients with depression, improve cognitive function, and then improve depression.
