摘 要:科技成果转化是科学技术和社会经济连接的纽带,也是国家实施创新驱动发展战略的重要手段。高校是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,专利是高校的主要创新成果之一。目前,河南省高校的专利授权数量持续增长,但是,专利的含金量低、转化率低、有效率低,不利于河南省的创新驱动发展。针对这些问题,应通过有效手段,优化激励机制,完善配套措施,加强平台建设,健全服务体系,提高河南省高校的专利质量,进而提高其专利转化效率,促进河南省的创新驱动发展。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the link between science and technology and social economy,and it is also an important means for the country to implement the innovation-driven development strategy.Universities are a very important part of the national innovation system,and patents are one of its main achievements.At present,the number of patents granted in colleges and universities in Henan Province continues to grow,but there are problems such as low patent gold content,low patent conversion rate,and low patent validity.This paper analyzes the reasons for the dilemma of the transformation of patent achievements in colleges and universities in Henan Province,and proposes to improve the efficiency of patent transformation in colleges and universities in Henan Province by improving supporting measures,optimizing incentive mechanisms,improving service systems,focusing on platform construction,and improving patent quality.Innovation-driven development in Henan Province.
