摘  要:在澜湄合作五周年之际,云南师范大学于2021年12月18~19日主办了“首届澜湄区域教育合作与发展国际论坛”,论坛聚焦于“澜湄国家教育合作与发展:学术领导与区域融合”主题,旨在集聚“澜湄智慧”,提振教育服务向澜湄地区辐射,促进澜湄区域教育共同体建设。与会专家共同探讨了澜湄区域教育合作与发展的条件与制约,并对面临的合作挑战与发展机遇进行了教育内外部系统的剖析与反思,研究提出破解澜湄区域教育合作与发展的困境应着力于秉持先进理念、拓宽培养领域、建立多样基地、筑牢文化信任及完善质量保障五方面的战略应对。On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation, Yunnan Normal University hosted the “First International Forum on Educational Cooperation and Development in the Lancang-Mekong Region” in Kunming from December 18 to 19 in 2021 by centering on the “Educational Cooperation and Development of the Lancang-Mekong Countries: Academic Leadership and Regional Integration”.It aimed to gather “Lancang-Mekong Wisdom”,boost education services over the Lancang-Mekong region, and promote the construction of a Lancang-Mekong educational community with a shared future.The experts at the forum discussed the conditions and constraints of educational cooperation and development in the Lancang-Mekong region, and expounded with reflections the cooperation challenges and the development opportunities within and outside the education system.It was proposed that solving the dilemmas of educational cooperation and development in the Lancang-Mekong region should focus on five strategic responses: it is necessary to absorb advanced concepts, expand training fields, establish various bases, enhance cultural trust and improve quality assurance.
