摘 要:随着社会的发展,污水处理厂的区域分散性、单体小型化已经成为一个发展方向。分散化和小型化的污水处理厂所产生的污泥如何进行有效处置,成为一个新的环保难题。现以北京市丰台区长辛店C地块自建配套的污水处理厂为例,结合该小区的污泥特性,选择3种不同的污泥处置工艺方案,进行综合对比,确定电脱水+混合填埋/混合焚烧方案。通过该项目研究,推荐适合小型化污水厂污泥处理处置的技术方案、工艺路线和主要设备形式,可使其满足分散化污水污泥处理处置在技术、经济和环保方面的要求。With the development of society,the regional dispersion and monomer miniaturization of sewage treatment plants have become a development direction.How to dispose effectively the sludge produced by decentralized and miniaturized sewage treatment plants has become a new environmental problem.Taking the self–built sewage treatment plant in Block C of Changxindian,Fengtai District,Beijing as an example,three different sludge disposal process schemes are selected in combination with the sludge characteristics of the community,and the scheme of electric dehydration+mixed landfill/mixed incineration is finally determined through comprehensive comparison.Through the research of this project,the technical scheme,process route and main equipment form suitable for sludge treatment and disposal of miniaturized sewage treatment plant are recommended,which can meet the requirements of decentralized sewage sludge treatment and disposal in terms of technology,economy and environmental protection.
