补肾解毒散结方联合化疗在大肠癌术后的应用效果及其对长链非编码RNA抑制作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾解毒散结方联合化疗在大肠癌术后的的应用效果及其对长链非编码RNA的抑制作用。方法:选取本院2020年4月—2021年3月收治的80例大肠癌术后患者作为研究对象,采用随机信封的随机方法分组,其中观察组40例患者采用补肾解毒散结方+术后辅助化疗,对照组40例患者采用安慰剂+术后辅助化疗,治疗6个月,比较两组患者的无病生存期、消化道症状评分及长链非编码RNA-MALAT1表达的变化。结果:观察组患者2年无疾病生存率(DFS)为86.5%,对照组患者2年DFS为60.4%,两组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.008)。两组患者入组时每项消化道症状评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),经治疗后发现补肾解毒散结方对肠癌术后辅助化疗患者的消化道症状有改善效果(P<0.05)。外周血非编码RNA-MALAT1检测结果显示:观察组MALAT1表达在治疗后明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:补肾解毒散结方可提高化疗防治大肠癌术后转移的临床疗效,抑制长链非编码RNA的表达。Objective: To explore the clinical significance of Bushen Jiedu Sanjie Recipe combined with adjuvant chemotherapy to inhibit long-chain non-coding RNA in the treatment of postoperative colorectal cancer. Methods: 80 postoperative patients with colorectal cancer were admitted in our hospital between April 2020 and March 2021 as the research objects, they were divided into two groups by use of the random envelope method. 40 patients in the observation group were treated with Bushen Jiedu Sanjie Recipe + postoperative auxiliary chemotherapy, 40 patients in the control group were treated with placebo + postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, they were treated for 6 months, comparing the disease-free survival and changes of digestive tract symptom score, and MALAT1 expression between the two groups.Results: The 2-year disease-free survival rate(DFS) of patients in the observation group was 86.5%, and the 2-year DFS rate of patients in the control group was 60.4%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The expression of non-coding RNA-MALAT1 in peripheral blood of 80 patients was detected before and after treatment. The MALAT1 content in the observation group decreased significantly after treatment.Conclusion: Bushen Jiedu Sanjie Recipe can further improve the clinical efficacy in preventing and treating postoperative metastasis of colorectal cancer, and inhibit MALAT1 expression.
