摘 要:目的 建立快速分析橘红胎中挥发性成分的方法,比较不同品种橘红胎挥发性成分的差异。方法 采用静态顶空-气质联用(HS-GC-MS)技术分析橘红胎样品。采用质谱标准库(NIST17、WILEY275)检索,确定不同品种橘红胎中挥发性成分并比较差异,通过主成分分析、聚类分析对不同品种橘红胎进行归类。结果 共鉴定出橘红胎中49个挥发性成分,包括有烯类、醛类、醇类等,其中以烯类成分含量最高,超过总挥发性成分50%。副毛橘红胎中含有较高的乙酸龙脑酯,此成分在以柚类作为砧木的密叶红肉正毛、密叶黄龙正毛橘红胎中亦有检出,但含量较低。主成分分析和聚类分析均可将橘红胎按品种区分,两者的结果相一致。结论 不同品种的橘红胎挥发性成分有较大差异。所建立的HS-GC-MS分析方法稳定可靠,可用于橘红胎中挥发性成分的测定。Objective To establish a method for rapid analysis of volatile components in Citri grandis tomentosa immaturus,and to compare the differences of volatile components in different varieties of Citri grandis tomentosa immaturus. Methods Static headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometry(HS-GC-MS) was used to analyze the samples of Citri grandis tomentosa immaturus. Volatile components in different varieties of Citri grandis tomentosa immaturus were identified by comparison with the standard mass spectra library(NIST17,WILEY275).Then different varieties of Citri grandis tomentosa immaturus were classified by principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Results A total of 49 volatile components were identified, including alkenes, aldehydes,alcohols,etc. Among them,the content of alkenes was the highest,more than 50% of the total volatile components.A higher content of bornyl acetate was found in Citri grandis tomentosa immaturus with less fluff. This component was also detected in two other varieties,such as Miye Hongrou Citri grandis tomentosa and Miye Huanglong Citri grandis tomentosa, which can be used as rootstock. Both principal component analysis and cluster analysis can distinguish varieties of Citri grandis tomentosa immaturus, and the results are consistent. Conclusion There are obvious differences in volatile components among different varieties of Citri grandis tomentosa immaturus. The established HS-GC-MS method is stable and reliable. It can be used for the determination of volatile components in Citri grandis tomentosa immaturus.
