摘  要:为深入了解分析鸡IFITM/IFIT基因家族的特性,以禽流感病毒攻毒后的鸡RNA-seq数据为研究对象,通过加权基因共表达网络分析,构建了鸡的肺组织对不同亚型禽流感免疫反应的加权基因共表达网络,并对其模块进行了性状关联性分析与功能富集分析,进而筛选出鸡IFITM/IFIT基因家族中与抗禽流感病毒胁迫相关的枢纽基因。结果显示:鸡IFITM/IFIT基因家族成员中,IFITM2,IFITM3和IFIT5基因参与应答禽流感病毒诱发的免疫反应。其中,IFIT5基因属于H5N1病毒早期免疫应答模块的枢纽基因,在H5N1病毒诱发的早期免疫通路中发挥重要作用。Taking chicken RNA-seq data after avian influenza virus challenge as the research object,the weighted gene co-expression network of chicken lung tissue immune response to different subtypes of avian influenza was constructed with weighted gene co-expression network analysis to deeply understand and analyze the characteristics of chicken IFITM/IFIT gene family.Trait association analysis and functional enrichment analysis were carried out for its module,and the pivot genes related to the resistance to avian influenza virus stress in the chicken IFITM/IFIT gene family were screened out.The results showed that among the chicken IFITM/IFIT gene family members,IFITM2,IFITM3 and IFIT5 genes are involved in the immune response induced by avian influenza virus.Among them,the IFIT5 gene belongs to the hub gene of the early immune response module of the H5N1 virus and plays an important role in the early immune pathway induced by the H5N1 virus.
