摘　　要：子宫内膜癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤之一,虽然病死率在妇科恶性肿瘤中较低,但部分复发或晚期肿瘤(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)患者预后仍较差,威胁女性患者的生命。Paired box(PAX)基因在正常表达的组织中扮演着细胞系特异性调控者的角色,其通过参与调节肿瘤细胞增殖、分化、迁移、凋亡等过程影响肿瘤的发生、发展。随着对肿瘤研究的深入,越来越多的研究开始探索PAX基因在癌症发展中的作用机制,本文就PAX基因与子宫内膜癌的相关性研究予以综述。Endometrial carcinoma is one of the common gynecological malignant tumors.Although the mortality rate is low in gynecological malignant tumors,the prognosis of some patients with partial relapse or advanced tumors(stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ)is still poor,threatening the lives of female patients.Paired box(PAX)gene plays the role of cell line-specific regulator in normally expressed tissues and impacts the occurrence and development of tumors by participating in the regulation of tumor cell proliferation,differentiation,migration,apoptosis and other processes.With the deepening of tumor research,more and more researches have begun to investigate the function mechanism of PAX gene in the deterioration of carcinoma.The correlation between PAX gene and endometrial carcinoma is reviewed in this paper.
