摘  要:目的分析脑卒中后尿失禁(PSUI)患者行悬吊训练(SET)联合盆底肌电生物反馈治疗的价值。方法选取2021年5月至2022年4月广东省肇庆市第二人民医院收治的90例PSUI患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为SET组(n=30)、盆底肌电生物反馈组(n=30)以及联合治疗组(n=30),观察国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表简表、膀胱最大容量、盆底表面肌电值测量结果及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果SET组、盆底肌电生物反馈组国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表简表评分高于联合治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SET组、盆底肌电生物反馈组膀胱最大容量低于联合治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组盆底表面肌电值测量结果优于SET组、盆底肌电生物反馈组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SET组、盆底肌电生物反馈组SDS评分高于联合治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PSUI患者在治疗时,采取SET联合盆底肌电生物反馈治疗效果显著优于单一治疗措施,能够有效改善患者盆底肌功能,缓解负面情绪,临床价值高。Objective To analyze the value of sling exercise training(SET)combined with pelvic floor electromyography(EMG)biofeedback therapy for patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence(PSUI).Methods A total of 90 patients with PSUI who were admitted to Zhaoqing No.2 People’s Hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the SET group(n=30),the pelvic floor EMG biofeedback group(n=30)and the combined treatment group(n=30)by the random number table method.The score of the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Urinary Incontinence Short Form(ICIQ-UI SF),the maximum bladder capacity,the measurement result of pelvic floor surface EMG and the score of self-rating depression rating scale(SDS)were observed.Results The score of ICIQ-UI SF in the SET group and the pelvic floor EMG biofeedback group was higher than that in the combined treatment group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The maximum bladder capacity in the SET group and the pelvic floor EMG biofeedback group was lower than that in the combined treatment group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The measurement result of pelvic floor surface EMG in the combined treatment group was superior to that in the SET group and the pelvic floor EMG biofeedback group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The SDS score of the SET group and the pelvic floor EMG biofeedback group was higher than that of the combined treatment group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of PSUI patients,the effect of SET combined with pelvic floor EMG biofeedback is significantly superior to that of monotherapy.It can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle function and relieve negative emotions of patients,and therefore,it has high clinicalapplication value.
