摘 要:运用霍德盖茨倾听能力自评量表,通过探索性因素分析,对某地方院校102名管理类低年级大学生进行连续两年的纵向追踪研究。结果表明:和国内其他同类研究相比,管理类低年级大学生倾听能力处于中等偏上水平;两年间,其倾听能力总体及各结构维度均呈现增长态势。在低年级大学生倾听能力结构中,认知维度表现最好,态度维度表现较同类突出,行为维度虽然进展最大,但依然是其“短板”。未来需要继续加强沟通类课程学习,并完善情景模拟和增强实操性,从而提高其倾听能力特别是行为维度的水平。Totally 102 junior college students in a local university were measured by exploratory factor analysis with Hodgetts Scale of Listening Competency.The results showed that compared with other similar studies in China,the listening competency of junior college students was in the upper middle level.During the two years,listening competency showed an increasing trend.In the structure of listening ability of junior college students,the cognitive dimension performs best,the attitude dimension is more prominent than its peers,and the behavior dimension is still its“weakness”although it has made the greatest progress.In the future,it should be continued to strengthen the learning of communication courses,and improve the situational simulation and practicality of the project,so as to improve their listening ability,especially the level of behavior dimension.
