摘 要:针对少子样航天继电器产品的批次贮存可靠性难以有效评估的问题,本文提出一种基于样本扩充的航天继电器贮存可靠性评估方法。首先以结合产品的制造工艺信息为基础,通过开展航天继电器的多物理场仿真,获取批次产品退化参数初值所服从的概率分布;然后基于粒子滤波与少量试验数据融合进行样本扩充,获得体现批次产品退化过程统计特性的样本扩充数据;最后基于所得退化数据进行性能退化建模,评估批次航天继电器的贮存可靠性。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to effectively evaluate the storage reliability of aerospace relay products with small samples, a storage reliability evaluation method based on sample expansion is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on the manufacturing process information of products, the probability distribution of initial degradation parameters of batch products was obtained through multi-physical field simulation of aerospace relays. Then based on the fusion of particle filter and a small amount of experimental data, the sample augment data reflecting the statistical characteristics of batch product degradation process was obtained. Finally, based on the degradation data, the performance degradation model is built to evaluate the storage reliability of batch aerospace relays.
