摘　　要：推动国有资本做强做优做大,是对马克思主义政治经济学关于从资本主义社会向共产主义社会过渡时期的公有制体制及其实现方式理论的继承和发展,是改革开放以后我国利用国有资本推动经济社会发展取得巨大成功积累的历史经验总结,是完成新时代新征程中国共产党的使命任务的现实需要。新时代新征程,推动国有资本做强做优做大,从根本上来说就是要坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度。其中,最重要的是继续构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制、完善中国特色现代企业制度、完善各类国有资产管理体制、改革国有资本授权经营体制、健全完善国有资本审计监督制度、积极发展混合所有制经济,为推动国有资本做强做优做大提供制度保障。Promoting state-owned capital to become stronger, better and larger is the inheritance and development of the theory of Marxist political economics on the public ownership system and its realization mode in the transition period from capitalist society to communist society, is a summary of the historical experience accumulated by China after the reform and opening up using state-owned capital to promote economic and social development and achieve great success, and is the realistic need to complete the mission and task of the CPC in the new era and new journey. In the new era and new journey, to promote the state-owned capital to become stronger, better and larger, fundamentally speaking, it is necessary to adhere to and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. Among them, the most important thing is to build a high-level socialist market economy system, improve the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, promote the management system of various state-owned assets, reform the authorized operation system of state-owned capital, improve the audit and supervision system of state-owned capital, and actively develop the mixed ownership economy, so as to provide institutional guarantee for promoting the state-owned capital to become stronger, better and larger.
