摘　　要：在战略性新兴产业(以下简称战新产业)集聚圈中,参与主体共同创造价值成为共生共赢的重要手段,但现有研究鲜少从参与主体层面分析战新产业集聚圈价值共创的实现逻辑。本文结合协同共生论和知识基础观,分析了战新产业集聚圈中企业共生导向对价值共创的影响机制,并基于佛山北部战新产业集聚圈330份企业调研数据进行实证分析。研究发现:共生导向正向影响战新产业集聚圈价值共创;共生导向可以通过提升战新产业集聚圈知识交换促进价值共创;组织距离在知识交换与价值共创关系间发挥倒U型调节作用。基于此,本文提出将“共生”精神嵌入发展战略中、搭建知识交换平台、重视知识交换、合理把握组织距离等管理建议。In the strategic emerging industry cluster,the joint creation of value by participants has become an important means of symbiosis and win-win.However,the existing research rarely analyzes the realization logic of the value co-creation of the strategic emerging industry cluster from the level of the participants.Combining the theory of synergy and the concept of knowledge foundation,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of enterprise symbiotic orientation on value co-creation in the strategic emerging industry cluster,and conducts empirical analysis based on the survey data of 330 enterprises in the the strategic emerging industry cluster of northern Foshan.It is found that symbiotic orientation has a positive impact on value co-creation;symbiotic orientation can promote value co-creation by enhancing knowledge exchange;organizational distance plays an inverted U-shaped moderating role between knowledge exchange and value co-creation.Based on this,this paper puts forward some management suggestions,such as embedding the"symbiosis"spirit into the development strategy,building a knowledge exchange platform,attaching importance to the knowledge exchange,and reasonably grasping the organization distance.
