摘  要:职业教育现代化既是指职业教育发展到某一时间节点的状态,也是指职业教育从一种状态向另一种状态的变化过程,“中国式职业教育现代化”指的是基于职业教育发展基本规律,立足中国发展需求和本土实践,探索中国职业教育服务中国式现代化发展的过程。它充分体现了我国职业教育的体制机制特色、社会职能特色、发展环境特色和民族文化特色,呈现出多元体系的互融互通、多样区域的均衡发展、多维共进的办学格局、多边共赢的国际品牌四个特征。实现中国式职业教育的现代化,应坚持统筹推进,发挥央地联动的治理体制优势;坚持类型定位,彰显职业教育的独特育人价值;坚持服务发展,促进个人发展和国家需求有机统一;坚持开放包容,打造国际职业教育发展共同体。The modernization of vocational education refers to the process of vocational education from one state to another, and the“modernization of Chinese vocational education”refers to the basic law of vocational education development, based on Chinese development needs and local practice, explore the process of Chinese vocational education serving the development of Chinese modernization. It fully embodies the characteristics of our vocational education system and mechanism, social function, development environment and national culture, it has four characteristics: the mutual integration of multi-system, the balanced development of diverse regions, the multidimensional pattern of running a school, and the multi-win international brands. To realize Chinese vocational education modernization, we should continue to make concerted efforts to give full play to the strengths of the central and local governance systems, to define the types of vocational education and highlight their unique value in educating people, and to provide services for development, promote the unity of individual and national needs,uphold openness and inclusiveness, and build an international community for vocational education development.
