天津市人工智能与传统制造业融合发展面临的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：人工智能与传统制造业融合发展是天津传统制造业优化升级的重要契机,也是天津深化实施制造业立市战略的重要内容。在深入分析人工智能与传统制造业融合发展内涵的基础上,总结了当前天津在推进人工智能与传统制造业融合发展中面临的问题,提出了推动智能制造能力成熟度模型标准建设与应用、丰富人工智能在传统制造企业全流程应用场景、培育壮大智能制造系统解决方案服务商队伍、强化传统制造企业数字化管理能力等建议,以期为天津推动人工智能与传统制造业融合发展提供参考,从而更好地支撑天津市制造业高质量发展。The integrated development of artificial intelligence and traditional manufacturing industry is an important opportunity for the optimization and upgrading of Tianjin’s traditional manufacturing industry,and an important part of Tianjin’s strategy to deepen the implementation of the city’s manufacturing industry. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation of the integration development of artificial intelligence and traditional manufacturing industry,this paper summarizes the problems faced by Tianjin in promoting the integration development of artificial intelligence and traditional manufacturing industry,put forward suggestions on promoting the construction and application of intelligent manufacturing capability maturity model standards,enriching the whole process application scenarios of artificial intelligence in traditional manufacturing enterprises,cultivating and expanding the team of intelligent manufacturing system solution providers,and strengthening the digital management capabilities of traditional manufacturing enterprises,with a view to providing reference for Tianjin to promote the integration of artificial intelligence and traditional manufacturing industry,and better support the high-quality development of Tianjin’s manufacturing industry.
