摘 要:随着畜禽水产养殖规模的不断扩大,饲料需求大幅增加,然而,受利润驱使,饲料原料掺假掺杂现象较为严重,使得饲料营养质量大打折扣,影响到动物的生产性能及养殖效益。因此,针对饲料原料掺假掺杂的检测对于饲料工业健康发展意义重大。文章综述了基因检测技术在饲料原料鉴定和掺假掺杂检测方面的发展和应用现状,并展望了饲料中物种鉴定技术的开发方向。With the continuous expansion of the farming scale of livestock, poultry and aquatic animals,the demand for feed has increased significantly.However, driven by high profits, the adulteration of feed is serious, which greatly reduces the nutritional quality of feed, affects the production performance of animals, and even seriously affects the efficiency of breeding. Therefore, the detection of adulteration of feed is of great significance to the healthy development of feed industry. This paper reviews recent advances in the application of gene detection technology in the identification of feed raw material and adulteration detection of feed, and propects the future development direction of species identification technology in feed.
