摘  要:通过60 d的吉富罗非鱼(genetic improvement of farmed tilapia, GIFT, Oreochromis niloticus)生长试验,探讨迷迭香提取物(Rosmarinus officinalis L.)对其生长性能、血清脂质代谢和肝脏抗氧化功能的影响。选择540尾健康、体重平均(6.42±0.06)g的吉富罗非鱼随机分成6个处理组,分别投喂含不同浓度的迷迭香提取物饲粮(0、0.01%、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%和0.20%)。试验结果表明:(1)与对照组(添加浓度为0)相比,饲粮中添加迷迭香提取物促进吉富罗非鱼的生长,包括体重和特定生长率的提高,肝体比、饲料系数和脏体比的降低,当饲粮中的迷迭香提取物添加水平达到0.05%时呈现显著差异(P<0.05)。(2)迷迭香提取物添加到吉富罗非鱼饲粮中可改善其脂质代谢水平,主要表现在血清中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、谷草转氨酶、三酰甘油、谷丙转氨酶水平的下调。(3)迷迭香提取物添加到吉富罗非鱼饲粮中可提高其抗氧化能力,主要表现在肝脏中过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力的上升,丙二醛的含量的下降。然而,饲粮中添加不同浓度的迷迭香提取物对部分指标无显著性影响,如肥满度、肝脏谷胱甘肽还原酶活力、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(P>0.05)。综上,迷迭香提取物添加于吉富罗非鱼饲粮中,有益于其生长、血清脂质代谢和肝脏抗氧化功能的改进。Tilapia(GIFT, Oreochromis niloticus) were fed the diets containing rosemary extract for 60 days,and then, the effects of dietary rosemary extract on the growth performance, serum lipid metabolism and liver antioxidant ability were researched. A total of 540 tilapia with a similar weight of(6.42±0.06) g were spanided into six groups, and the fish were fed different diets with the supplementation level of rosemary extract at 0、0.01%、0.05%、0.10%、0.15% and 0.20%. The results showed that, compared with the control group(0 supplementation level),(1) addition of rosemary extract to the diet can raise the weight gain rate(WGR) and special growth rate(SGR), while reduce the viscerosomatic index(VSI), feed efficiency(FE) and hepatosomatic index(HSI) of tilapia, a significant level was found when the concentration of rosemary extract in the diet reached 0.05%(P<0.05).(2) Adding rosemary extract to the diet can improve the lipid metabolism level of tilapia, mainly in the down-regulation of serum low low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), triglyceride(TG), aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total cholesterol(TC) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT).(3) Rosemary extract added to the diet can improve the antioxidant capacity of tilapia, which mainly shows that the up-regulated activities of catalase(CAT), glutathione-S-transferase(GST), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GPx),and down-regulated content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in the liver. However, different concentrations of rosemary extracts in diets had no significant effects on some indices, such as fatness, liver glutathione reductase(GR) activity and serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)(P>0.05). In conclusion,adding rosemary extract in diet can improve the growth performance, serum lipid metabolism level and liver antioxidant ability of tilapia.
