摘　　要：当前世界处于百年未有之大变局,人类面临新的“十字路口”,加之俄乌冲突的叠加效应,聚焦国际正义与全球治理这一命题进行研讨正逢其时,具有深刻的时代意义。国际正义是全球治理健康发展的基础,与此同时也面临多重严峻挑战。在此背景下,全球气候治理、安全治理、数字治理的矛盾日益凸显,俄乌冲突的外溢效应促使新的合作点出现。中国作为一个大国,始终展现出责任与担当,致力于把坚持国际正义、促进世界和平与发展、推动构建人类命运共同体等“中国声音”转化为“世界话语”,为推动全球治理、应对世界百年未有之大变局贡献更多的智慧。聚焦“国际正义”话题,学界将来可围绕国际正义的基础理论、现实基础、实施领域、地域差异、内涵范围、维护主体以及如何制裁违背国际正义者等问题展开积极研讨。At present, the world is undergoing great changes that has not been seen in a century. Human beings are arriving at a new " crossroads. " With the superimposed effect of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, it is timely to focus on international justice and global governance, which has profound significance of the times.International justice is the basis for the healthy development of global governance, but it faces multiple and severe challenges. In this context, the contradictions of global climate governance, security governance and digital governance have become increasingly prominent, and the spillover effect of the Russia-Ukraine conflict has prompted emergence of new cooperation points. As a major country, China has always shown its duty and responsibility, and stayed committed to transforming the " Chinese voice " incuding adherence to international justice, promotion of world peace and development, and advocacy of the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind into " world discourse, " so as to contribute more wisdom to promoting global governance and responding to the unprecedented changes that has not been seen in the world. Focusing on the topic of "international justice, " the academic community shall actively discuss issues covering basic theories, realistic basis, field of implementation, regional differences, connotation scope, maintenance organizations and ways to sanction international justice violators in the future.
