摘　　要：随着我国科研水平的不断提升,对科技学术期刊的办刊水平提出了更高的要求。“三审制”是我国出版管理部门对出版部门出版物质量的基本要求,是期刊高质量发展过程中的重要保障,而编辑作为期刊的舵手,直接影响到期刊的整体质量和发展方向。一流的科技学术期刊离不开一流的编辑,本文针对如何更高质量地完成三审工作,更充分地发挥编辑在初审、复审及终审3个环节的主观能动性展开论述,旨在更好地保证文章和科技学术期刊的学术质量。With the continuous improvement of scientific research in China,higher requirements are put forward for running scientific and technological(S&T)journals.The triditing system is the basic requirement,issued by China’s publishing administration,on publications,and also an important guarantee for the development of journals.As the helmsman of journals,editors directly determine the development direction and overall quality of journals.Firstclass academic journals of science and technology are impossible without first-class editors.This paper discusses how to practice the triditing system with higher quality and how to play an active role in the three stages in this triditing system as an editor,in order to ensure the academic quality of both the manuscripts and journals.
