摘　　要：习近平法治思想是马克思主义法治原理与新时代中国实践相结合的产物,是马克思法治理论中国化的最新理论成果。习近平关于法治人才培养的重要论述是习近平法治思想的重要组成部分,对新时代高等院校法学人才的培养具有重要的指导意义,是新时代法科人才培养的重要遵循。全面推进依法治国需要大批高素质的法治人才,法治人才的培养应当坚持正确的政治方向,而德法兼修则是新时代法治人才培养的目标。习近平关于法治人才培养的重要论述为新时代高等院校法治人才的培养指明了前进方向。Xi Jinping’s thought of rule of law is the product of the combination of Marxist principle of rule of law and Chinese practice in the new era,and is the latest theoretical achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist theory on rule of law.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the cultivation of legal talents is an important part of Xi Jinping’s thought of rule of law,which has important guiding significance for the cultivation of legal talents in Colleges and universities in the new era,and is an important follow for the cultivation of law talents in the new era.Promoting the rule of law in an all-round way requires a large number of high-quality legal talents,and the training of legal talents should adhere to the correct political direction,while the goal of training legal talents in the new era is to cultivate both law and morality.General Secretary Xi’s important exposition on the cultivation of legal talents points out the way forward for the cultivation of legal talents in colleges and universities in the new era.
