摘　　要：目的分析中老年牙列缺损患者的口腔健康素养水平及其影响因素。方法纳入365例中老年牙列缺损患者,采用一般资料调查表、简约版口腔健康素养量表(HeLD-14)、修正版牙科焦虑症量表(MDAS)分别调查其一般资料、口腔健康素养水平、牙科焦虑情况。比较不同特征患者的HeLD-14总分,并分析患者的HeLD-14总分与MDAS总分的相关性。采用多元线性回归模型分析中老年牙列缺损患者口腔健康素养水平的影响因素。结果365名中老年牙列缺损患者的HeLD-14总分为(41.74±6.29)分,MDAS总分为(13.38±3.00)分。不同文化程度、月收入、牙列缺损时间的中老年牙列缺损患者的HeLD-14总分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。中老年牙列缺损患者的MDAS总分与HeLD-14总分呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元回归分析结果显示,文化程度、月收入、牙列缺损时间、牙科焦虑是中老年牙列缺损患者口腔健康素养水平的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论中老年牙列缺损患者口腔健康素养处于中低水平。文化程度、月收入、牙列缺损时间、牙科焦虑是中老年牙列缺损患者口腔健康素养水平的影响因素。Objective To analyze the level of oral health literacy and its influencing factors in middle-aged and elderly patients with dentition defect.Methods A total of 365 middle-age and elderly patients with dentition defect were enrolled,and their general data,oral health literacy level,and dental anxiety were investigated by employing the general data questionnaire,simplified Short-Form Health Literacy Dental Scale(HeLD-14),Modified Dental Anxiety Scale(MDAS),respectively.The total score of HeLD-14 was compared between the patients with different characteristics,and the correlation of HeLD-14 total score with MDAS total score in patients was analyzed.The influencing factors for oral health literacy level in middle-age and elderly patients with dentition defect were analyzed by the multivariate linear regression model.Results The total score of HeLD-14 in 365 middle-age and elderly patients with dentition defect was 41.74±6.29,and MDAS total score was 13.38±3.00.There was statistically significant difference in HeLD-14 total score between the middle-age and elderly patients with dentition defect in different educational levels,monthly incomes,duration of dentition defect(all P<0.05).MDAS total score negatively correlated with HeLD-14 total score in middle-age and elderly patients with dentition defect(P<0.05).The results of multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that educational level,monthly income,duration of dentition defect,and dental anxiety were the influencing factors for oral health literacy level in middle-age and elderly patients with dentition defect(all P<0.05).Conclusion Oral health literacy of middle-aged and elderly patients with dentition defect is at a medium to low level.Educational level,monthly income,duration of dentition defect,and dental anxiety are the influencing factors for oral health literacy level in middle-age and elderly patients with dentition defect.
