摘 要:针对全桥串联逆变控制系统具有非线性、强耦合、时滞小等特点,在进行频率跟踪和逆变电流控制时,采用传统比例积分微分(PID)算法存在超调量大、响应时间慢、控制参数整定难度大等问题,导致逆变器效率低、功率器件易损坏,为此这里采用模糊控制与串级PID相结合的控制策略。首先分析逆变器工作原理及其控制特性,在此基础上设计电流外环与角度内环相结合的串级控制回路,并根据模糊控制规则实时调整外环PID控制器参数,以实现控制器的自适应调整。最后设计实验样机对控制方法进行验证,实验结果表明,所提控制方法能够有效地抑制负载突变,实现电流和频率的快速跟随,且超调小、过渡时间短。Aiming at the characteristics of nonlinear,strong coupling,short time-lag of full-bridge series inverter,when performing frequency tracking and inverter current adjustment,the traditional proportional integral differential(PID) algorithm has some problems,such as large overshoot,slow response time and difficulty in tuning control parameters,which leads to low efficiency of inverter and easy damage of power devices.Therefore,the control strategy combining fuzzy control and cascade PID is adopted.Firstly,it analyzes the working principle and control characteristics of the inverter.Then,it designs the cascade controller of the current outer loop and the angle inner loop,and adjusts the control parameters of the outer loop PID controller according to fuzzy control rules in real time to realize the adaptive adjustment of the controller.Finally,it built an experimental prototype to verify the control method.The experimental results show that the control method descried can effectively suppresses the sudden change of the load,realize the fast follow-up of current and frequency,and have small overshoot and short transition time.
