摘  要:为了推广成果导向教育理念和提升高等工程教育质量,同时使“互联网+”与教育深度融合,共享优质教学资源,利用成果导向教育理念进行课程教学设计,采用MOOC和实体课堂进行混合式教学改革,并以安全人机工程学课程为例进行实践。结果表明:新的教学模式提高了学生的主动性和参与度,课程目标的达成情况优于传统教学方法。这种教学模式对于满足学生需求和适应社会发展起到积极的促进作用,其他理论和实践较强的课程教学改革均可应用。To promote the concept of outcome-based education and advance the quality of higher education of engineering,as well as fuse Internet with education deeply,and share high quality teaching resources,this paper uses the concept of results-oriented edu-cation to design curriculum teaching,adoptsMOOC and physical classroom to carry out mixed teaching reform,and take"Safety Ergo-nomics"course as an example for practice.The results show that the initiative and engagement of students were enhanced by this new mode,and the status of course achievement was better than before.This teaching mode plays a positive role in promoting students'needs and adapting to social development,and other curriculum teaching reforms with strong theory and practice can be applied.
