高校思想政治教育主渠道与主阵地协同创新发展的现状分析与思考

摘　　要：主渠道与主阵地是开展思想政治教育的主要抓手,二者协同开展教育工作有利于育人目标最大化。当前在协同教育中存在着育人目标不统一、育人内容不聚焦,育人方法割裂现象,其背后的主要原因是教师的认识不足,体制机制的不完善。通过探索搭建主渠道与主阵地教师培训互动平台、信息交流等协同教育平台,创新协同育人的契合时机、内容及方法,实现育人目标。The main channel and the main position are the main starting points to carry out ideological and political education,and the cooperation of the two educational work is conducive to the maximization of educational goals.At present,in collaborative education,there exist the phenomena of educational goal differentiation,educational content dispersion and educational methods fragmentation,the main reasons behind which are teachers’insufficient understanding and imperfect system mechanism.Through exploring and building collaborative education platforms,such as the main channel and the main front teacher training interactive platform and information exchange platform,etc.,the appropriate timing,content and methods of collaborative education should be innovated to achieve the education goal.
