基于中医体质学基本原理探讨嗜酸性粒细胞与过敏体质内涵相关性

摘　　要：过敏体质是过敏性疾病发生的内在条件,嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)是过敏反应的主要效应细胞。EOS及其相关细胞因子被证明在调节过敏体质的过程中具有重要价值。基于中医体质学基本原理对EOS与过敏体质的内涵进行相关性梳理,认为“生命过程论”“环境制约论”“形神构成论”“禀赋遗传论”与EOS细胞周期、生物学效应等存在内在关联,禀赋遗传、情志活动影响EOS细胞行为和参与过敏体质免疫平衡。对EOS与过敏体质内涵机制的探索为以EOS为抓手调体干预过敏体质提供了理论依据。Allergic constitution is the internal condition for the occurrence of allergic diseases,and eosinophil(EOS) are the main effector cells of allergic reaction. EOS and its related cytokines have been proved to be of great value in the regulation of allergic constitution. Based on the basic principles of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) constitution,this paper combs the connotation of EOS and allergic constitution,and holds that ‘life process theory’ ‘environmental restriction theory’ ‘form and spirit composition theory’ and ‘endowment inheritance theory’ are intrinsically related to EOS cell cycle and biological effects.Endowment inheritance and emotional activities affect EOS cell behavior and participate in the immune balance of allergic constitution. The exploration of the connotation mechanism of EOS and allergic constitution provides a theoretical basis for the intervention of allergic constitution with EOS.
