摘  要:目的:观察听觉统合训练联合家庭康复训练在孤独症患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2021年2月该院收治的98例孤独症患儿进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=49)和对照组(n=49)。两组均实施常规康复训练,在此基础上,对照组予以家庭康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上予以听觉统合训练,比较两组训练前后孤独症行为量表(ABC)评分、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分、智能发育[智商(IQ)、发育商(DQ)]水平、孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)评分、中文版儿童孤独症及相关发育障碍心理教育评定量表(C-PEP)评分和儿童感觉统合发展评定量表评分。结果:训练后,两组ABC、CARS评分均低于训练前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IQ、DQ评分均高于训练前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组ATEC评分均低于训练前,且研究组低于对照组,两组C-PEP评分均高于训练前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组前庭平衡、触觉防御、本体感失调等儿童感觉统合发展评分均高于训练前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:听觉统合训练联合家庭康复训练应用于孤独症患儿可提高IQ、DQ、C-PEP评分和儿童感觉统合发展评分,降低ABC、CARS和ATEC评分,其效果优于单纯家庭康复训练。Objective: To observe application effects of comprehensive auditory training combined with family rehabilitation training in children with autism. Methods: A prospective study was conducted on 98 children with autism admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to February 2021. They were divided into study group(n= 49) and control group(n= 49) according to the random number table method. Both groups received routine rehabilitation training. On this basis, the control group was given family rehabilitation training, while the study group was given comprehensive auditory training on the basis of that of the control group. The Autism behavior checklist(ABC) score, the childhood autism rating scale(CARS) score, the Wechsler intelligence scale for children(IQ) score, the Developmental Quotient(DQ) score, Autism Treatment Evaluation Scale(ATEC) score, Chinese version of childhood autism and related developmental disorders psychological education rating scale(C-PEP) score,and the children sensory integration development rating scale score were compared between the two groups. Results: After the training, the ABC and CARS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the training, those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The IQ and DQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before the training, those in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The ATEC scores of the two groups were lower than those before the training, and the study group was lower than the control group. The C-PEP scores of the two groups were higher than those before the training, that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
