便携式辅助沟通训练系统联合Schuell法语言训练在卒中后失语症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察便携式辅助沟通训练系统联合Schuell法语言训练在卒中后失语症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年9月至2021年9月该院收治的92例卒中后失语症患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各46例。对照组给予Schuell法语言训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合便携式辅助沟通训练系统,比较两组疗效、训练前后功能性语言沟通能力检查法(CFCP)评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分和卒中专用生命质量量表(SS-QOL)评分。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练后,两组CFCP、MoCA、SS-QOL评分均高于训练前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:便携式辅助沟通训练系统联合Schuell法语言训练用于卒中后失语症患者可提高其CFCP、MoCA和SS-QOL评分,效果优于单纯Schuell法语言训练。Objective:To observe application effects of portable auxiliary communication training system combined with Schuell’s language training in patients with post-stroke aphasia.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 92 patients with post-stroke aphasia admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to September 2021.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each.The control group was given Schuell’s language training,while the observation group received the portable auxiliary communication training system on the basis of that of the control group.The efficacy,the functional language communication ability test(CFCP)score,the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)score,and the stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)score were compared between the two groups before and after training.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After the training,the scores of CFCP,MoCA and SS-QOL in the two groups were higher than those before the training,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Portable auxiliary communication training system combined with Schuell’s language training can improve the CFCP,MoCA and SS-QOL scores in the patients with post-stroke aphasia.Moreover,it is superior to single Schuell’s language training.
