摘 要:目的:观察不同粒径的纳米ZrO_(2)填料对SiO_(2)复合树脂的弯曲强度和抗压强度的影响,探究纳米ZrO_(2)的最佳粒径。方法:将经过硅烷偶联化的不同粒径的纳米ZrO_(2)颗粒加入SiO_(2)复合树脂中,合成ZrO_(2)质量分数相同,粒径分别为20 nm, 50 nm, 70 nm, 100 nm的ZrO_(2)/SiO_(2)复合树脂,分别为B、C、D、E组;纯SiO_(2)组为A组(对照组)。将试件固定于万能试验机上,以1.0 mm/min的速度垂直加压直至试样破坏,在树脂材料断裂后,对断裂面进行扫描电镜观察,并对不同组别的材料进行XRD扫描测试。结果:B组弯曲强度最高,与其他4组均有统计学差异(P<0.05);C、D、E 3组无显著性差异,与A组差异明显(P<0.05)。B组抗压强度最高,与其他4组均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:粒径为20 nm的ZrO_(2)在一定范围内能够提高SiO_(2)复合树脂的弯曲强度和抗压强度。Objective:To observe the effect of nano-ZrO_(2)fillers with different particle sizes on the flexural strength and compressive strength of SiO_(2)composite resin and to explore the optimal particle size of nano-ZrO_(2).Methods:The nano-ZrO_(2)particles with different particle sizes coupled by silane were added into SiO_(2)composite resin, and ZrO_(2)/SiO_(2)composite resins with the same mass fraction of ZrO_(2),but particle sizes of 20 nm, 50 nm, 70 nm and 100 nm were synthesized, which were B,C,D,E group and pure SiO_(2)group A(control group).Each group of test pieces was fixed on the universal material testing machine, and vertically pressurized at the speed of 1.0 mm/min until the sample was destroyed.After the fracture of the resin material, the fracture surface was observed by SEM,and the different groups of materials were tested by XRD scanning.Results:The bending strength of group B was the highest, and there were statistical differences with the other four groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference among group C,group D and group E,which was significantly different from group A(P<0.05).The compressive strength of group B was the highest, with statistical differences with the other four groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:ZrO_(2)with particle size of 20 nm can improve the flexural strength and compressive strength of SiO_(2)composite resin in a certain range.
